General

Based upon current information available from the CDC there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Generally, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. It’s easy to tell what size you should wear. Simply reference our Fit Guide while shopping. 

The main supplies you need for lingerie care include gentle laundry detergent and a mesh lingerie bag. 

  1. Hand-wash in cold or warm water.
  2. Never wring or twist lingerie to remove water.
  3. Always use a detergent made for delicate garments.
  4. Use a mesh lingerie bag if machine washing.
  5. If machine washing, wash the delicates with other delicates.
  6. Never overload the washer or the mesh bag.

You will also not need to input the address for the new orders unless there is a change in address. You can also log in review the order history of all the transactions done on that account.

Shipping and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return policy to proceed with your return. Liloo Signature will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. All returns will be inspected and approved by Liloo Signature at their discretion. Please make sure you follow the guidelines below:

⊡ All merchandise must be returned unworn.

⊡ All returned merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.

⊡ Include your return order form with your order number and reason for return.

⊡ Returns must be received by Liloo Signature within 14 days of receiving the merchandise for an online credit minus the shipping cost*.

The credit will be emailed in the form of a discount code after the return is approved and processed.

⊡ After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a difference size or color, you must first return the product. Please refer to our return policy if you are not happy with your purchase, to return the product. Please make sure you follow the return guidelines. Once your return is approved, you will be notified by email, and an online credit will be issued.

Upon receiving your credit, you can please a new order. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability at the time of your order. 

Orders are usually shipped within 5-10 business days. All domestic packages are shipped Expedited with Canada Post. 

International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide service and take about 2-3 days for delivery. 

Liloo Signature makes every effort to ensure that online orders are packaged and shipped to our clients in a timely manner, so orders can not always be cancelled or changed after they have been placed.
