SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

 

Liloo Signature offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 (excluding taxes). Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days with the shipping method that applies to your order. Liloo Signature does not ship to PO boxes. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

All international orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note, that the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees upon import if applicable.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return policy to proceed with your return. Liloo Signature will accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. All returns will be inspected and approved by Liloo Signature at their discretion. Please make sure you follow the guidelines below:

⊡ All merchandise must be returned unworn.

⊡ All returned merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.

⊡ Include your return order form with your order number and reason for return.

⊡ Returns must be received by Liloo Signature within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for an online credit minus the shipping cost*. The credit will be emailed in the form of a discount code after the return is approved and processed.

⊡ After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

 

If you would like to exchange your item for a difference size or color, you must first return the product. Please refer to our return policy if you are not happy with your purchase, to return the product. Please make sure you follow the return guidelines. Once your return is approved, you will be notified by email, and an online credit will be issued.

Upon receiving your credit, you can please a new order. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability at the time of your order.

  

Defective Merchandise:
